I had Justin from JHP. And he was very transparent with all issues and ways to resolve them in a timely manner for Solar package. Solar was installed on schedule and any time I needed to make a call to Justin he answers or calls me back by days end.. So far so good with our Solar Panels and Tesla Power wall battery.
We had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish! Justin and his team was incredibly professional, took the time to walk us through every step of the process, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. The installation was seamless, and we’re already seeing a noticeable difference in our energy bill. If you’re considering solar, look no further ,these are the people you want for the job. Highly recommend!
Jhp did a fantastic job , in particular Justin was fantastic , he will go out of his way to, drive to you if needed and answer all questions small or big . Installation was smooth , I was never there for any of it but was able to trust the team with my wife and kids home . Polite on time and got the job done
The team at JHP was fantastic and executed my solar installation with care and precision. The look, fit and finish of the equipment is flawless and I feel bad for my neighbors who's installations are visibly shoddy.
I can tell you this as well, Joe and his team went far above and beyond in helping me and my family. It just so happened that the very day before we were to meet and sign the agreement, my breaker panel fried and we were without power. They sprung to action for us and had a new panel installed 2 days later. Then they helped me follow up with PGE to get power restored and get us back into our home. Had we gone with one of the bigger solar companies, I honestly believe we would have been displaced much much longer waiting to get scheduled etc… Dealing with PGE is always a headache (at least that has been my experience). But with JHP's help we got our PTO and are generating power and saving $$$. We could not be happier. Please support small business and work with these guys who you can trust to provide a JOB WELL DONE !!
I had a great experience with my sales person Justin always on top of it did not matter what day of the week it was. The whole process takes time so we were patient. I loved the service we received. Thank you team for making it happen.
